Individual Therapy
Starting therapy is a transformative step toward mental wellness. As a trauma-informed, feminist, and social justice-oriented therapist, I specialize in counseling women and non-binary individuals of color. My expertise includes the treatment of anxiety, depression, chronic stress, and the psychological effects of relational trauma. I provide culturally responsive therapy that addresses the intersection of identity and mental health, supporting clients as they navigate challenges related to systemic oppression, complex interpersonal relationships, and occupational stress.

Many clients seek therapy to manage symptoms stemming from childhood emotional neglect, interpersonal violence, and complex trauma. In adult relationships, these experiences often manifest as difficulty trusting others, emotional withdrawal, hypervigilance, fear of abandonment, persistent people-pleasing, difficulty expressing needs, and challenges with emotional intimacy or boundaries. If you are feeling overwhelmed by professional and personal demands, or notice patterns of codependency, emotional dysregulation, or chronic shame affecting your relationships, I offer practical skills to help you establish healthy boundaries, improve communication, and reclaim your sense of self.

My therapeutic approach combines insight-oriented psychotherapy and somatic therapy to promote lasting emotional healing. Together, we will process historical trauma, implement evidence-based stress management techniques, and build resilience. This collaborative, compassionate clinical space is dedicated to empowering you, enhancing self-confidence, and achieving meaningful change.
