My Approach
Hi! I'm Princess Diane, a NYC-licensed therapist who supports individuals on their healing journey. I speak at various events to shift the dominant narrative to that of collective well-being.
Trauma-Informed lens: I am trained to support folx to be aware of triggers and the impacts in relationship to self/other. Trauma is ancestral, interpersonal and requires deep digging in a compassionate space. I will hold that container for your healing.
Decolonization stance: For many of us, systems of oppression affects our material lives. This is historical and present. I intertwine this knowledge to find creative ways of self and collective care.
Intersectionality approach: You have unique challenges. With a critical lens, we will decipher the intricacies of identity and how this impacts the solution to your problems.

I'm deeply committed to helping communities of color heal generational traumas that present itself in triggers, exhaustion, lack of motivation and low self-worth. I am interested in helping us thrive and rise above victimization and survival.
Education & Qualifications
My educational background has shaped my approach to therapy.
